1. General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the 3kbip platform and all its services ("3kbip", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player").

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account at 3kbip, you must provide accurate personal information. You are fully responsible for the information submitted at registration. 3kbip reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your account login details (username and password) strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fairness, 3kbip may request the following documents at any time for identity verification:

• National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of deposit method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or other method used)
• Address verification document

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through support. 3kbip also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of Terms violations.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at 3kbip: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed as quickly as possible.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 3kbip generally completes withdrawals within 5–30 minutes. KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

In cases of fraudulent or unusual transactions, 3kbip reserves the right to hold the transaction, investigate, and report to the relevant authorities if necessary.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus of up to 120% is available on your first deposit at 3kbip, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. You must wager the bonus amount 25 times (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 in wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus are withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• 3kbip reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

6. VIP Program & Cashback

3kbip's VIP program has 4 tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

Players can progress to higher tiers gradually based on their activity and participation. 3kbip reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of VIP tiers.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

All game outcomes on 3kbip are determined through technical systems and are continuously monitored to ensure fairness. Any player found attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities will have their account terminated.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game session and it is not possible to determine the game outcome, 3kbip reserves the right to refund the bet for that round. 3kbip will not be liable for losses resulting from technical errors.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Secret collusion with other players
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting the system or bonus structure (bonus abuse)
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Using another person's account or transferring accounts
